Perspectives on psychosocial work

Aims: - To describe and analyze psychosocial perspectives that is relevant for the understanding of human behaviour and human psychosocial problems - To describe and analyze how psychosocial perspectives may be relevant on order to conceptualize problematic areas typical for social work problems on a theoretical level - To describe and analyze how psychosocial work perspectives may be relevant in practical social work - To describe and analyze how psychosocial work can be evaluated at the background of evidence-based strategies in social work Contents: - Theories of understanding human behaviour and psychosocial problems - Theories of psychosocial work - Treatment implications in social work based on psychosocial perspectives including analysis of case illustrations that is typical for central areas in psychosocial work - Evidenced-based psychosocial work strategies
